The First question we tend to ask ourselves is
What is Health
Health can simply be defined as the state of being free from illness.
According to World Health Organisation (WHO),
It is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
As the popular saying goes;

This means that good health is needed to carryout our life activities effectively and efficiently.

How to live Healthily
Living heathily can be achieved by following the general measures which may include:
- Measure and watch your weight.
- Drink plenty of water (stay hydrated).
- Limit unhealthy food and eat healthy meals.
- Maintain a proper balanced diet (containing the 6 classes of food ).
- Reduce time spent on screen (it might be hard, just try your best).
- Sleep well (Enough sleep is needed for the brain to carryout it's activities effectively).
- Religiously, prayer is also needed in the strive for good health.
- Do not drink much Alcohol (Alcoholic drinks can be detrimental to the body if taken in excess).
- Exercise regulary to keep fit and avoid weight gain (Avoiding Obesity and also help proper functioning of the brain).
- Always visit your doctor or physician for questions about your health.
Personal Hygiene
Hygiene can be defined as the conditions and practices that promote and preserve health.
Therefore Personal Hygiene can be defined as those personal practices that promotes and preserves one's health.
These practices may include:
- Brushing your teeth at least twice a day
- Cleaning your body everyday
- Washing your hand with soap after making use of the toilet
- Covering your mouth and nose woth tissue paper when coughing or sneezing (to avoid release of bacteria)
- Washing your hand always especially after playing
